All information and advice supplied in catalogues, leflets, labels or verbally, is given in good fiaith The applications of our products is not an exact science and even the best poducts can give the wrong results if incorrectly applied. It is always advisable to test the products on a similar surface or hidden area to check the conpatibility and end result before
completing the job.

3. Sincs our company has no control over application and conditions we can accept no responibility for the performance of any product arising fiom such use beyond the value of the goods delivered by us.

4. Shortages or damages must be advised to us
within three working days from receipt ofthe goods.

5. Traditional Finishes cannot be held responsible for losses incurred by either late or non delivery of goods due to causes deemed to be beyond their control.

6. Goods ordered in error will be credited, subject to them remaining in their original condition A handling charge of 10% will be deducted.

7. Refunds will be given on stock items efter proof of purchase has been established and goods are returned in their original and saleable condition to the value of the original purchase excluding carrage and packing.

8. All health and safety infomation on product labeIs of hazardous materials must be read and followed prior to use.
